Saturday, November 11th, 2-5pm, will be the 2nd annual event honoring Sojourner Truth's life and legacy and Truth PCS's mission to “empower students to transform the world.” This event will take place on campus (in one of the dance studios on the Perry Street Prep side of the building). This relaxed event will allow families to engage, build community and enjoy some student work.  

There will be light refreshments, the middle and high school bands will each be playing a set and there will be student art on display. This year there will be an open mic opportunity (poetry/spoken word, songs, projects). The open mic portion of the program is open to the Truth community, which means students, staff and families are invited to share their talents!  If interested please complete this Google Form. El sábado 11 de noviembre, de 2 a 5 p. m., será el segundo evento anual que honrará la vida y el legado de Sojourner Truth y la misión de Truth PCS de "empoderar a los estudiantes para transformar el mundo". Este evento se llevará a cabo en el campus (en uno de los estudios de danza en el lado del edificio de Perry Street Prep). Este evento relajado permitirá a las familias participar, construir una comunidad y disfrutar del trabajo de los estudiantes.

Habrá refrigerios ligeros, las bandas de la escuela intermedia y secundaria tocarán un set y habrá exhibición de arte estudiantil.
