The Sojourner Truth Public Charter School will hold an open house at its new campus at 1800 Perry St NE. Please note that this is part of the Taft Building, and that The Sojourner Truth School occupies space in the building on the South Dakota Ave side of the campus (which has its own entrance).

The Sojourner Truth Public Charter School is Washington, DC’s first public Montessori middle and high school. Truth is accessible via open enrollment for 6th through 12th graders at www.MySchoolDC.org. We strive to be an innovative and exciting learning space that embodies our two design principles: (1) Students need to be prepared for life and not just school, and (2) Every student’s identity, voice, perspective, and choice matter.
